flowable, you mean resizeable when text is overflowing inside?
Yes, in the Object Palette of the textbox, under Field;
check Allow Multiple Lines
Field Format : Plain Text Only -> Rich Text
And, in the Layout Palette of the textbox, under Size and Position;
under Height, check Expand to fit.

Hi Magus069,
Unfortunately I have tried working with the text fields and it cannnot accommmodate my needs...as far as I know.
I have included an example of my challange (question) below.
The form I am creating has a mix of fillable (red) and non fillable text (black) and I am hoping that the black text can be resizeable as the red text needs to be resizeable as the red text may exceed the space that is provided. I hope this is more clear.
Thanks for any help.

resizeable text inside a textbox?!?
I am sorry if I don't really understand your issue here...
The way I see your picture you want to change the red text value to a value determined by the user?!?
So the user can replace the red text, and can't replace the black text!?!

That is correct. I want the user to be able to edit the red text but not the black text. The user may exceed the available space in the red text area and so I need the text area to expand.
I am sorry if I am not expalining myself well. I have not used this program alot.
Thanks

You can do this with floating fields. I haven't used them much but there are some good references on them kicking around the web.
