Is it true that if a LiveCycle Designer document has had Advanced ->Extend Features in Adobe Reader enabled via Adobe Acrobat, said document cannot then have Comments-> Enable for Commenting and Analysis in Adobe Reader work at the same time????

If I have Extend Features, then Enabling Commenting is grayed out.

If I have Enabling Commenting, Extend Features is grayed out.

Is there some versioning problem?

Here are my versions:

LiveCycle Designer (LCD) ES 8.2

Adobe Acrobat Pro    9.1.3

Adobe Reader 9

Is it that said doc was created in LiveCycle Designer?

Thank you.

If th document is saved as a static PDF then you can have both ...if it is saved as a dynamic PDF then you cannot do commenting. This is a restriction for commenting....not saving or Reader Extensions.

Yeah, we need the doc to be dynamic as the need was to be able to make changes and save it.

So we cannot have it be static.

So now I will be looking at the tracking change/revisions through Adobe.

Might you know anything about that?

Thanks for your help!
