During the connection process, the app makes a call to https://na2.connectnow.acrobat.com/app/ticket?<redacted>;

Sometimes it returns immediately, other times it never returns.

Is this something that I'm doing wrong?

If you send us your account URL I can check our logs to see if there is anything wrong.

This request should be very fast if the system is running correctly so I find it strange to hear that never returns.

If you could send us some debug traces of your application it would also be helpful.
