You woudl normally add the code to the calculate event of the total field. That way when any field that is mentioned in the calculation is changed the Total field will be updated. Will you be using dates to indicate the days or is it a whole number that specifies the number of days? Are you having the user enter start and end times or are you simply adding a whole number that represents the number of hours?
