Button / E-mail Subject properties

For a button, the object / field properties

can link the text from e-mail subject to some of the fields from the form, such as last name,

eg.

e-mail subject (text) + last_name

Idea is that the E-mail subject have value :
E-mail text (default value) + value from text field from form (variable)

ex.

Mail from  Mike
