Blank pages

Hi everyone,

I have a form with "2" pages, under hierarchy it shows 2 pages, but when I scroll down I see 2 other blank pages in between the first and the last page.

Can one tell me what is causing this and how do I remove these blank pages.

Ok I managed to remove the blank pages.
