BLANK PAGE OF FORM

Hi--I am working on a LiveCycle form with an expanding table.  I have the Add Entry and Print buttons below the table, both of which have Presence set to Visible (Screen Only).  My problem is when the form expands and fills the first page, the Add Entry and Print buttons are on the second page.  Although, the buttons do not print, a blank page is generated in the print screen.  I need to somehow keep this second page from printing.  Thanks so much in advance for any suggestions.

The buttons are pushed to the second page because the content in the First page is overflowed.

Probably keeping the buttons in the Master Page on the Header section on top right or in the footer section might help.
