Black and White RAW Files

I have shot some of the Portrait pictures in Monochorme/B&W - NEF Files. When I import into Lightroom 5.3 they are showing B&W. But when I click on them they are turning into Color.

Is there any option to show them as B&W and generate the JPEG file during Export as B&W Files.

If so please let me know the steps in LR.

I'm looking for answers to this same question. I'm hoping its just a setting i'm overlooking. Anyone?
