best possible solution to process different passwords for different filenames

I need to process different files with different passwords in pdf, one password per filename. As the filename matches one different password.
To do that, I think that I need coding a script with the SDK.

Even so, I have been analyzing the different Adobe products and I have run into Adobe Lifecycle PDF Generator. Is it possible this tool helps me to get my objective or can I do it only with Acrobat SDK?
I need to generate those documents monthly for payslips application.

In general, PDF Generator is used to convert files into PDFs - such as Word doc, Tiff images, PS files, etc.  Its not usually considered a security product.  If you want to add/remove passwords for documents you should look at the Encryption service APIs (located under Common).
