Is there anything similar to styles in LiveCycle? I get sooooo tired of having to style fields and text everytime I make one!

I have a pdf that I want to password protect. I choose that option under File/Form Properties/Pdf Security. As soon as I click "ok", I find that the document now has extra blank pages. I've tried playing with the sub forms but I can't delete the extra pages. What do I need to do?
