i am having trouble locating a step by step instructions on how to create a dynamic PDF document with hidden subforms that pop out when you select a button. i'm using livecycle version 8.2.1

This was a new prompt for me when testing my file in Adobe Acrobat after creation in Livecycle ES2. What does this mean? I am not aware of any protection I created with this document in LiveCycle Designer ES2. Nor do I know the password.
