    I have downloaded a PDF to fill out, some of the PDF's are greyed out in the spaces that need to be filled out, other forms don't have the greyed out bit, is there some way I can get it to grey out so I can fill it out online without having to print it and do it with ink?

    Overall I think the service is great.At first there were some issuses with sound, however, if you use the flash 10 swc, and <rtc:AdobeHSAuthenticator protocol="rtmfp" .../> instead of rtmp which is the default.  Since it creates a UDP connection instead of TCP, this should decrease the server usuage...
