Adobe LiveCycle (Archived)

Yesterday I was able to record and playback processes just fine. Something happened and now I'm getting this error. I am using Workbench ES1 Verion 8.2.1. I have no idea what the problem is. I didn't make any major changes in the process. I've attached the error.

I have a three page .PDF form. Once I fill out the first page, I only wish to send that page. The rest will be filled out later based on the reponse. How do you selective e-mail only the first page?

Bear with me - I'm very new to LiveCycle, and know very little about code...I have a form that's currently in Excel that I want to recreate in LiveCycle.  Included is a drop down list of 800+ items.  Obviously, I don't want to enter those items manually.  Is there a way to import it somehow?Thanks!
