Adobe LiveCycle (Archived)

I want to insert our logo but couldn't figure out how. I tried the Image and the Image Field and put in the path but that does not seem to display our logo. Any suggestion?

How can I add a Watermark to a dynamic XML form? Do I need to do it in the designer?I tried Document -> Watermark -> Add, on the pdf itself, but get a message that I don't have permissions.Please help. I need it done urgently.

Are there any recommendations regarding color management in LiveCycle, for instance defining rectangle colors in CMYK, embedding images with icc profiles or icc profiles for the rendered PDF? If not in the Designer tool, can I perform RGB conversions in the Output module somehow?
