I am creating review forms for our company but I have very little experience with this software so I am unsure what steps to take.
Employees are to select from a drop down (titled Rating)
Their options are:
Outstanding
Exceeds Expectations
Meets Expectations
Needs Improvement
Unacceptable
When selecting one of these options I would like a numeric field (titled Score)to autopopulate with a corresponding number.
Example they select Outstanding , the numeric field would populate the number 5. Ideally at the end of the form I would then auto sum all of the numeric fields.
Not sure what to enter in the script editor to make this happen??

Hi,
I have prepared an example here: http://assure.ly/iitzNJ.
It is based on setting specified values in the Object > Binding palette for each dropdown. This means that while the user sees text, the value of the dropdown is a number.
Hope that helps,
Niall
