AudioPublisher How to use publisherId parameter of publish method ?

When I try to call publish method with id of remote user as a parameter, remote user gets security popup to allow/deny microphone access. But when he click on "Allow", he gets security exception:.

Error: Stream cannot be published as it doesnot exists

What causes this error?

Whoa, sounds as though either the player or we broke something. What was

your player version?

I am using lccs.swc for Flash Player 10.0 and I have WIN 10,2,152,26 Debug Flash Player installed.
