Ihave created a very simple PDF request form that will be posted on myorganization's website. Individuals will complete the form and "Submitby Email." We want to track each submission by a unique tracking/IDnumber to each form.
Question 1: Is there a way to automate this process to save us from assigning numbers by hand?
Question 2: Is there a way have an automatic email sent to individuals who complete the form thus verifying their email address is correct.
