Our company has a service work order that has been designed in Adobe LiveCycle. We are happy with the design itself but would like to have a LiveCycle expert add some advanced features to the form. Is anyone monitoring these forums interested? I've listed the details below.
1) Create a script so that the file name is dynamically created based on values within the form itself. Example: Customer Name_Service Type_Service Date
2) Allow the user to show/hide necessary pages as needed. The work order itself is a single page, however, we may at times want to have certain types of cover sheets or instructions (based on existing PDF templates) added to the printed version when applicable.
3) Setup the form to use a SQL database connection to populate work order data based on a work order id. We have tested the DB connection within LiveCycle and it was successful.
4) Finally, we would like to release a licensed copy of this form to the public. In order to do so, we must be 100% certain that the fillable version of the form cannot be reproduced, stolen, etc. We need some type of copyright/protection rules applied to the form permissions to ensure unauthorized use or reproduction does not occur.
