All my comments and mark ups keep disapperaing

Hi,

I have been having the most frustrating problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro, every time i what to use the typewriter tool or any other mark-up tool, once i have written it and clicked away it disappears. This as been happening for a few months now, i don’t know if i have changed a setting somewhere or what but i need this for work and can’t find a solution anywhere.

I would appreciate any advice

I think Adobe should read your problem and make a quick solution. I also suffering with same problem. I also suffer with Adobe Illustrator. Some of Adobe Illustrator components don't install in my PC. That's why I dont use it properly.
