All fields hidden when form is opened, after submitted

I have a very dynamic form, I am having a very frustrating problem. The problem arisis when it is submitted and the recepient opens the form. Basically, everything is hidden as if the form was opened for the first time. The information is still in there, however, the user needs to open each container up to see what is written. Is there a way to have it open but only show the items that are filled in?

I suspect that in the File > Form Properties > Defaults tab, the Preserve Script Changes is set to Manual. If so, change this to Automatic:

hmm, it was actually set to automatic, thats why I am confused as to why it is not working.

any other ideas?
