aligning fragment with text

hi, i have a text object and a fragment (which is simply more text) I'd like to insert in the middle of the text object.  the trouble i'm having is trying to position the fragment such that the fragment and the surrounding text are aligned perfectly.  for example, i have:

- "please contact <fragment> for more info"

- fragment: 1-800-333-3223

I can't seem to align bottom edge of the phone number with the bottom edge of the surrounding text.  the fragment ends up either too high or too low.  or, i can eyeball it and get the alignment close, but it still probably isn't exact.  is there a way to do this kind of alignment easily?

Try wrapping your text and your fragment in subform and selecting Flowed Western Text and make sure that your fragment and text are the same height.
