There is no option in the paragraph box to decrease the indent only to increase.
I want the bullets to align at the left margin and not indented.

Hi,
By editing the text in the XML Source view you can achieve what you want, it very fiddly, you probably will need to copy it out into another XML editor. But here is a sample and if you are careful you should be able to cut and paste the dot points across into your form and change the text. The sample has two text controls one with me editing the XML and the other using the paragraph options.
