I too am an Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber, with Flashbuilder 4.6. I am trying to run "Help -> Software Updates" to resolve an issue wherein Eclipse won't build a file that's been modified, even after cleaning, refreshing, etc.

When I click on Help -> Software updates, I get the error message "'Contacting Software Sites' has encountered a problem. No repository found at http://aesplugins.adobe.com/aes/tooling/plugin/10.0."

What is the resolution to this issue?

I had the same problem. I went to Window > Preferences > Install/Update > Available Software Sites, deselected 'Adobe Enterprise Suite extensions for FlashBuilder 4.5' and Software Updates ran OK.

Wow, this is really scary.  I'm having this problem now.  It was reported in September 2013.  Adobe: can you please figure out what's up with your plugin repo for Flash Builder?
