Adobe Reader 9 - There was a problem connecting to the server

Hi there,

I have developed a form which submits XML via http(s).  It all works 100% in Reader 7 and 8, but I get the following error in Reader 9 - "An error occurred during the submit process. There was an error connecting to the server."  It doesn't seem to be a problem with my Javascript as I tried the vanilla http submit button in Designer and I get the same error.

Is Reader 9 running stand alone or is it in a browser? Do you have all of these versions on the same machine or different machines?

Hi Paul,

Reader 9 is running stand alone.  I tested all versions (7 and 8) stand alone.  I tested on one machine, but I uninstalled each version separately before installing the next. I made sure that there was only one version running at a time.  I did test this on another machine and the same thing happened.
