[Adobe Livecycle] Why I can't remove category ?

how to removing category in admin console? because it shown this error message.

Here is the Core fix required for resolution : LiveCycle Help | LiveCycle ES4 SP1 | Core | Quick Fix 1060-016

Since fixes are cumulative, you can apply latest core quick fix.
