Adobe Livecycle - unable to fill in form using Firefox but works fine with Internet Explorer. Any thoughts?

When using Adobe Livecycle Designer, I'm unable to fill in a form from our website when open in Firefox but it works fine in Internet Explorer. I suspect something in Firefox is blocking the fields but I don't know how to address the issue.  Any thoughts? any help would be most appreciated.

Hi,

you have to deactivate the built-in PDF-viewer from FireFox ans use Adobe Reader instead.
