Adobe LiveCycle - Connection to Webservice failed with Reader DC or Acrobat DC

Working with forms in Workspace:

area that have to be fill out over Webservice  are  blank when we use Adobe Reader or Acrobat DC (Adobe LiveCycle ES4)
