Adobe Live Cycle ES2 form question

Hello,

I am currently editing an Adobe Acrobat X form in Adobe Live Cycle ES2. I modified an existing e-mail address on a submit button already created. I saved the file, but when I either preview my changes in Live Cycle or Adobe Acrobat X Professional or Adobe Acrobat X reader, the old e-mail address appears. Has anyone run across this before? Could it be a compatibility issue.

I've seen errors like that before.  When I've renamed the XDP or PDF file, and reimport / reopen / etc. they seem to go away.
