Adobe Designer Online Order Processing for 2 Days Now

I ordered Adobe LiveCycle Designer two days ago (order #AD019173262) and in my online account it says wait 24 hours still processing. It told me Adobe was having issues with orders. I have yet to be able to download software and have not received a serial number.

I went ahead and ordered another copy thinking that would get pushed through and I could cancel the other. However, it's impossible to contact Adobe support to get help.

Any ideas??
