I downloaded a form that has fields to be filled in. I'm using free Acrobat DC to fill the form. Form have text and radio buttons. It prints most of the data in text fields and radio buttons. But it also leaves text and radio button fields blanks also.
In print properties, it is set to print Documents and Markup.
I don't know if I can change field properties with free version of Adobe DC. I looked into it and could not find a way to do it.
Help please!!
Thanks!

The field configuration is different for the fields that do not print - you need to complain to the author of the file.
Here is how the fields that do print are configured:
I selected the second field in the 13B row, and the "Presence" setting shows "Visible". Now let's do the same for a field that does not print:
As you can see, "Presence" now is set to "Visible (Screen Only)" - that means that the field will not print (valid settings for Presence are "Visible", "Visible (Screen Only)", "Visible (Print Only)", "Invisible" and "Hidden (Exclude from layout)" (plus two others that don't have anything to do with what you are dealing with here). The correct settings for these non-printing fields would be "Visible". Unless you have LiveCycle Designer, you cannot change the form.

Do you mean Acrobat Reader DC? If so, there's nothing you can do about it. It's possible the author of the form has set some fields to be non-printabale, for some reason. You should report this issue to them.

Thanks... It is unlikely that these were set as non-printable fields- because it is table and other fields in the table are printing ok.

The printable/non-printable property is on a per field basis, so just because other field are printing OK does not mean that some of the fields may not have a different configuration. With the free Adobe Reader, you cannot view the filed settings, nor can you modify them, so the author of the form is the only one who can actually help you.

Try the forum for LiveCycle Designer. This form were not created with Adobe Acrobat.

As Bernd mentioned, this is not an AcroForm, but a form created with LifeCycle Designer. I will move your question to a more appropriate forum. One thing you can do to make it easier for the experts to help you with your problem is to make a filled out for available that shows the problem. You can upload it to e.g. the Adobe Document Cloud, and then share the link here. See here for more information about how to do that: Share Documents via Adobe's Document Cloud - KHKonsulting LLC

Thank you! This makes sense. I sent email to them. But I don't expect anything done soon or ever:(
Interestingly, in Chrome browser these fields are printed.
I guess you have LiveCycle Designer, I don't. These forms are suppose to help but it is more complicated for people to create unless you're expert.
Thanks for looking into.

Chrome has a PDF viewer with very limited functionality - it may just ignore the parts that are causing you problem in this case
