Adding multimedia objects

I am trying to find solution for 3 issues. I understand the things are not easily possible. I need some ideas from you experts.
Task 1
Adding multimedia objets (audio and video files) in form like how inserting images in image field.
Task 2
Underline selected text in the textfiled. Refer the below screen
Task 3
Find the current cursor cell the table
