Adding a BCC to the "Submit by Email' option

Hello

I am trying to add a BCC to the Submit by Email option.

I have researched this a bit and couldn't find a definite answer as to what the script should look like that will still allow the button to send the form attached (as a PDF) to the button and send it as an email to recipient 1 and BCC recipient 2.
