Add several fields to one table cell

I'm looking at the sample purchase order form and see the subtotal

, two taxes fields and grand total. How do you get all these types of numeric fields and check boxes in one table cell.

I've been trying and can't get it to work.

If you can open the form in the Designer, you can see that the form has a footer and inside it they have added 2 subforms with type set to Positioned.

Then they have layed out all the fields (radio buttons, totals etc.. inside the subform) Since they are positioned subforms, you can place items where ever you need.
