Actions - make object visible

I have some fields that I have hidden and I used action builder to make these fields visible when information was entered somewhere else in the form.  All these fields are global as well.  When I test the form they work perfectly, but when the form is submitted by email, the information isn't on the form.  I don't know what to do.

You need to Reader Extend the form, there are many posts in these forums with instructions.

The form was saved as Reader Extended but still doesn't work.
