Action builder issue - showing hidden subform with radio buttons

Hi,

I'm totally new to LiveCycle and I feel like my task is simple, because I've used forms that do this before, but I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

I'm trying to create a form that has multiple subforms.. The idea is that the form asks "Is there cost sharing?" and then I was tyring to have a "yes" and a "no" radio button. When the user clicks the "yes" radio button, a series of fields shows up that includes a table, a signature field, and several numerical/text fields.

I have tried:

- Saving the group of fields that I want to appear as a subform titled "CostShareSF"

- Set to "Invisible"

- In the Action Builder, set things so that when the "Yes" button is clicked, then the Subform "CostShareSF" is "visible"

The problem is that the "OK" button to set up the action and exit Action Builder is greyed out, all i can press is "Cancel"

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Thank you so much in advance!

CM
