Acrobat Standard 8 - can't save pdf forms

I made a .pdf from LiveCycle and the client has Acrobat Standard 8 and can't save the .pdf form?

Supposedly they have other .pdf forms that they can save?

Is that possible? Would there be something different from my LiveCycle created .pdf that would stop

them from being able to save it?

The form must be Reader Extended to allow this. Do you have Acrobat? If so you can Reader Extend it using Acrobat ....if not then you can download a trial version and simply open it with Acrobat. This is only a temp solution until the trial runs out. You may be able to go back to the person who gave you the file and see if they have a Reader Extended version.
