XML to PDF

I create PDF's for our company. Recently I've been asked to add a email submit button. Every time someone submits the PDF, it emails a XML text file. How can I set it to send and receive the PDF instead of the XML?

You need to go View --> XML Source and then locate the XML for the Submit button. Change the format from 'xml' to 'pdf'.

I have managed to do this successfully...however my PDF size has grown quite large (Up to ~600 KB from a pre-form size of 230 KB). I am trying to figure out a way to keep email file sizes smaller and have users fill out the form and submit it in an fdf-like format, so that our staff can just open it populate a form off the website.

Anyone know how to accomplish this?

Hi,

Is it possible to access interactive PDF through windows logon( windows may have multiple user accounts). On one particular account , if the user enter login credentials--(if valid)--then he should access the paricular pdf( fill & submit vice versa.).

Any useful information would be appriciated.

Thanks,

Ramesh
