XFA document

I have been given several PDF documents that seem to be a Dynamic XFA document. How do I convert the document from the Dynamic XFA document to a typical PDF document?

The .xdp files that wrap XFA documents are opened in LiveCycle Designer and saved as static or dynamic .pdf files.
