writing to different programs

Does anyone have a suggestion???? If I can get away from email completely that would be great. For example: say I have a form with fields names a, b, c, d, etc....Is there a way to submit this form to another program (Access, excel or anything) and seperate these fields out of this form? I have 25 people using this form and certian departments only need certian info...so if I can take fields B and D and put them in another form, Program, that would be great...anyone know how to do this???

You submit to a process running on a web server - a CGI, ASP, CGI,

whatever. These can access database, mail, whatever is needed. I

recommend only an experienced web developer familiar with the latest

security threats be considered for the task (unless it is for an

intranet).
