Way around default margins?

I want my document to bleed all the way to the edge of the paper. There seems to be no way to defeat the quarter inch margin around a page. I'm working with a form, if that makes any difference.

On the masterpage is the content area where the content is being written to. You can resize this content area and voila ....margins are gone.
