Viewing a interactive from on a Mac - created on a PC

I have created a form using a PC and users are having problems viewing and using the form on Mac's.



Issues are:

1. The Print and Resent buttons do nothing. No error message is given. The user is able to click on the button and the button depresses, but nothing happeneds.



2. The top 1/4 of the form is cut off.



Any ideas?
