I created a form that can be filled in by the user and submitted to me via email. The information submitted goes into a database. There are two fields that I fill out on the form once I receive it. The new information is saved on the form but the database does not get updated with the additional info.
Is there something I need to do to update the database or do I need to add the information to the database itself?
