tomcat & flex aplication

Hi I´m doing a simple helloworld flex aplication to run
it over my tomcat. i have installed tomcat and flex data services
like j2ee and unzip de flex.war file in webbapps directory and
install JOTM like this site explains

but when i run my simple-aplication like a flexaplication the
navigator shows me the next.

Is this an error you're getting in the browser? What specific
steps are you taking to compile and access your application?
