Text fields changing to date fields in Reader

Hi all,



I've got 5 text fields that when I am opening them in Adobe Reader, are showing the little down arrow to the side which opens a calendar. This functionality does actually work, but I don't want them to be date fields.



I've checked the field type, the validation, the data patterns, anywhere I've used className...



Just can't find the problem anywhere!



Any ideas?

Oh and they're all grandchildren of a single subform, the rest of my fields are working fine, and all the drop down lists that are also grandchildren are working fine.

If the arrow appears then they are defined as Date fields. Open the form in Designer, highlight the field and look at the Object palette to see what type of object they are.
