Submit Cancelled - but email sends....?

Hello -  I can see this question has been asked a few times, but I can't seem to find a solution.  I have set my button in LiveCycle to send an email with the attachment and I have customized the email addresses and body etc - all working beautifully - I get a Submit Cancelled error.  Even though its gone through exactly as I wanted it to.

I have been searching and reading, but I am totally new to LiveCycle and have been learning from scratch via YouTube

Would there be anything that stands out as an obvious issue?  I am way better at Acrobat than this one

So I went back in to this and randomly changed the selection to "Execute" rather than "Click" and it seemed to clean it up!  I am I the process of trying to find my way around this program so I think I just did the wrong thing
