I am using Adobe Acrobat 8 and I'm trying to create a form that we will use for fault logging purposes by users. However, the "submit by email" funtion does not work. If I click the button, Adobe closes and an error message pops up (the typical Windows message) that asks me to "debug" (nothing happens when you click here), "send an error report" or "do not send an error report". We are using GroupWise as our default mail client (and in some instances Outlook, but we are moving over to GroupWise). I am working against a deadline here and really need a solution. Please assist!!!!
When I click to view details about the technical error I get the following information:
