I've developed a form that displays subforms with fields dependent on what the user selects from a dropdown list and it works great. The issue I'm having is that the pdf file that is attached to the email does not show the subforms that were made visible at runtime. If I print the form, they are visible, but they are hidden in the pdf attachment. This is really a show-stopper since the pdf file entries will be used to process the request. If I open the pdf attachment in the e-mail and reselect the choice from the dropdown list, the subform appears with the data filled in. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? I would be glad to forward the form, but can't give a link here since it's behind a company firewall. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
