SSO - integrate Adobe Reader with Web Application (single sign-on)

I would like to have a web application with username/password authentication. User will be authenticated against LDAP. There are links to PDF documents in the web app (DRM protected). Is there a way to pass authorization token or smth else to Adobe Reader so Reader won't request for username/password while opening the document? This is an internet application so Kerberos won't work. Please, advise.

The only SSO you can use for DRM documents is Microsoft Kerberos.
