Send To Button won't work

When I create a PDF form in Live Cycle Designer and open it as the PDF, I enabled Adobe Reader rights and resaved it. Now a user is saying that the button is no longer working for him, so I tried and when I click the button nothing happens. However, for other users when they click the button, the e-mail message and attachment pop up as it is supposed to. Any suggestions on what might be the issue?

Yeah, I saw that threat - that was for a completely different form. The issue I'm having with this form is that when people his the "Send" button, it doesn't do anything. It's not actually a Submit button, it's a Normal button and I have made the action "Submit" and the submit to URL is "mailto:bob@email.com?subject=Support Services Work Order".



This option/button works for most but the select few it doesn't work, including me. Any suggestions??
