Retrieving the PDF in the Database as URL

Hi,

I am saving a PDF in the DB. I want to send this PDF in the DB as

a URL i.e. The URL should retrieve the PDF in the DB everytime the user clicks it.How can i achieve this in workbench.



RenderPDFForm service is returning a 'cached url'which doesnt meet my

requirement

Please help..
